Return Policy

At Michael Carter Toronto, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, we understand that there may be situations where you wish to return a product. This Return Policy explains the conditions, process, and terms clearly and transparently.


1. Return Eligibility

Returns can only be requested after the item has been physically received by the customer. To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging still attached. Trying on an item is allowed, but wearing it beyond fitting is not permitted.

Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not eligible for return approval. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Return Request Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Return requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

3. Return Process

To start a return, please email info@michaelcartertoronto.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive detailed return instructions and the return address.

Please note that return shipments are sent directly to our supplier. As we work with international fulfillment partners, the return address may be located outside of Canada.

All return shipping costs, including international shipping fees, customs charges, and handling costs, are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.


4. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected at the return location, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days and issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.


5. Responsibility and Liability

Michael Carter Toronto is not responsible for lost packages if tracking information indicates that the order was delivered to the address provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is entered at checkout.

Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing an order. Changes requested after this period cannot be guaranteed.
